Welcome. I am a registered psychotherapist working both virtually and in-person in Toronto, Canada. The style of therapy I practice is informed by psychoanalysis as well as humanistic and existential approaches.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is an evidence-backed talk therapy treatment that has demonstrated particular value for its long-term impact gained through addressing the root causes of psychological distress. The way I work aims not only to manage this distress, but to work-through underlying causes and facilitate growth, change, and fulfillment.
